< KEY REQUIREMENTS>
- Must possess at least a bachelor's degree in any field.
- Must have a minimum of 1 years of experience in operations or project management in the ICT industry.
- Must have technical troubleshooting skills for well-known hardware and software. (PC, Mobile devices, Office, PDF and well-known application).
- Must have experience with incident management. (Service Now)
- Good to have basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking technologies.
- Good to have customer support skills/experience.
- Good at producing reliable and consistently high-quality work.
- Must have a user-oriented, supportive mindset.
- Good at multitasking, with a mindset for quick decision-making and taking prompt action.
- Supporting technologies driving daily end user support operations.
- Collaborate with project and operations team members with a positive attitude, technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to work under pressure and independently.
<KEY RESPONSIBILITIES>
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of end user PC, applications support, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Follow the senior members instruction to support end user.
- Follow the IT operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with best practices.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external parties to supper IT projects and initiatives.
- Respond to and resolve end user escalated PC and application issues and request.
- Must have sense of ownership, urgency and self-motivation.
- From case study, proactively identifying and addressing issues to minimize user support time.
