Job Responsibilities:
- Study contract documents, perform measurements and prepare Bill of Quantities
- Compile subcontractor quotations and submit to Project team for review
- Assist in tender/contract review in arriving at the tender sum
- Upon completion of each project, to monitor the respective project during the defects liability period
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Building/ Construction or Quantity Surveying
- Able to use Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good communication skills
- Independent and responsible for the construction project assigned
