The Oracle CX Consultant will be responsible for analyzing user requirements, proposing Oracle CX solutions, configuring systems, conducting training sessions, and providing post-implementation support for Oracle Cloud project implementations. Your expertise will play a critical role in delivering comprehensive consultancy services to the clients, ensuring optimal utilization and success of Oracle CX solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze user requirements and business processes to understand client needs.
- Propose Oracle CX solutions that align with client objectives and business goals.
- Configure Oracle CX systems to meet customized client specifications.
- Conduct training sessions to educate client stakeholders on Oracle CX functionalities and best practices.
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support and troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and business analysts to deliver integrated solutions.
- Stay updated with Oracle CX product developments, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve consultancy service.
- Degree (Information and Communication Technology, or related field) holder who has proven experience as an Oracle CX Consultant or in a similar role, with 3 or more years’ experience in Oracle CX Sales, Oracle CX Service, or Oracle CX CPQ applications.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle CX Cloud applications (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, etc.) with experience in handling full life-cycle implementation (1+) of Oracle CX Cloud applications.
- Prior experience in working with an offshore model and managing offshore resources effectively.
- Experience (1+ year) in one of the following languages/technologies: PL/SQL, Groovy Script, Application Composer, Business Process Composer, Page Composer, Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI), Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP), Visual Builder Studio (VBS), JavaScript, PHP, BML, Web Services.
