Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment processes such as posting advertisements, screening resumes, and arranging interviews, ensuring alignment with regulations, and Xtremax’s policies and procedures.
- Conduct reference checks for potential candidates.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and biometric registration.
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Support the administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Check and monitor employee attendance records.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support the maintenance of confidential HR records and documentation.
- Maintain the office pantry, including inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Support office maintenance activities and handle ad-hoc tasks such as coordinating repairs, managing office equipment, and monitoring the cleaning service checklist.
- Provide general support to the HR team and assist in ad-hoc HR and office matters.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Able to commit to a 3-month internship, extendable to 6 months.
- Passionate about Human Resources and interested in the Tech industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to prioritize and execute tasks effectively and independently.
- Work effectively in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
