- Social Media management and monitoring
- Creation and scheduling of FB marketing collaterals
- Events coordination
- Campaign Management (e.g poster & leaflet creation )
- Assist in Sales Campaign Report Calculation
- Assist in Sell-out campaign Report Calculation
- Riase Credit Note for Sales Campaign Payout
- Data analysis – charts/slides for presentation
- Coordination with dealers and contractor
- Basic knowledge of Facebook and Lazada, Shopee
- Support adhoc projects ( if any)
- Administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Support auditing documentation
- Loyalty Apps management (BECO)
- Support Order Management
- Coordination with dealers & end-users enquiries
- Master Data Maintenance
- UAT Testing Support
- Gif Redemption Delivery Process
- Liaising with internal Logistics dept on the shipment delivery to dealers
