Network Support Engineer
· Degree in Computer Science, Network Engineer, Information Technology or related field
· Have 3+ years of working exp in network environment
· Must be able to handle daily network operation activities, network level support requests, monitoring, troubleshooting.
· Proficient in TCP/IP, Ethernet, SDWAN, SDLAN, CABS, SASE, MPLS, VPN.
· Experience with network hardware from vendors such as Cisco, FortiGate, Aruba.
· Experience with firewall, Proxy, VPN appliances, Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN supports.
· Experience with Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless Access, LAN, WAN VPA
· Able to monitor network performance, and troubleshoot issues related to network congestion, proxy blocking, packet loss, and latency.
· Able to configure network devices for optimal performance.
· Muat have experience working with network monitoring tools to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
· Able to develop backup strategies and disaster recovery plan for the network
· Must have excellent communication skills.
