Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for tender of new projects and servicing of existing projects
- Design and prepare business proposals and solutions
- Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes and improvement plans
- Project administration and management of workflow
- Leading and motivating a team of marketing and business development professionals
Requirements:
- Proven experience in tender management, preferably within recruitment industry.
- Proficiency in GeBIZ or other electronic procurement systems is advantageous
- Good presentation and negotiation skill
- Ability to manage multiple and complex projects simultaneously
- Self-driven, resourceful and committed individual; able to work independently and within teams
