- Working Hours: 5 days (8.00 am – 5.00 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic $1,800 + OT + Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in the production of optical products, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Assemble optical components and products according to specified procedures and quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Record production data accurately and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Assist in packing and labeling finished products for shipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor issues with equipment and processes, escalating more complex problems as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.

- Minimum GCE O-level.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with machinery and equipment used in optical manufacturing is a plus.
- Basic understanding of quality control principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and ability to report issues clearly and accurately.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
