Job Description

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
As part of our team, you will:
- Be responsible for all Optical Network pre-sales for the APAC Asia South Market and works closely with the regional sales organization.
- Own the P&L of the Optical business in the Asia South region, co-creates the Market strategy, drives the Optical strategy definition and implementation for APAC Asia South
- Provide the expertise and business ownership to develop Optical business, provide pre-sales and business development support
- Be accountable to meet or exceed top line for order, intake and accountable for the revenue targets as well as profitability target.
- Be responsible for Implementation of the Nokia global Optical business strategies in APAC Asia South region.
Qualifications
- Strong, passionate and hands-on business leader, with the ability to span across business development, solutions development and delivery, sales/pre-sales, service and support.
- Oriented towards growth, while determination for results will be balanced by the capability to collaborate within a large matrix structure.
- Have a background leading go-to-market into both existing (carrier/operator) and next generation customers and likewise, will be fluent in emerging network technologies.
- Experienced in APAC market, expertise in the ICT industry and especially Optical Network Infrastructure related technologies.
- Strong people management capability.
