- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data received from various sources.
- Validate and Identify discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies in data and if need, to check and/or clarify with Grantees on missing or doubtful information
- Compile and organise large datasets efficiently
- Conduct site audits to gather additional data and verify information.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues and improve data quality processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation outlining data verification procedures and standards.
- Assist in administration of claims submission
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to relevant stakeholders
- Assist in the development and implementation of data verification tools and processes.
- Diploma holder in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Information Management).
- Experience in data verification, compilation, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge in telecommunication networking equipment is an advantage
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL). Excellent research skills with the ability to gather and interpret information from multiple sources.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data accurately and identify discrepancies and errors in data.
- Experience with data validation tools and techniques is a plus.
2. Data Management, Telecommunication
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data received from Facilities Based Operators ("FBOs").
- Validate and identify discrepancies, errors or inconsistencies in data and if needed, to check and/or clarify with FBOs on missing or doubtful information.
- Compile and organise large datasets efficiently.
- Conduct various checks on submarine cable online databases and resources, to gather additional data and verify information, as well as monitor new developments/updates in the region/industry.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues and improve data quality processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation process, including outlining data verification procedures and standards.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to team, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data verification tools and processes.
- Assist in the mapping of existing cables and resources, as well as near-, medium- and long-term supply (landing resources) vs demand profiles (upcoming cables interested to land in Singapore).
- Diploma holder in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Information Management, Geospatial-related).
- Experience in data verification, compilation, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge in geospatial-related software is an advantage.
