Salary: Up to $12 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday (830am - 6pm), Friday (830am - 530pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle refund and adjustment processes, including
- Drafting responses, managing appeals, and entering case details.
- Verify payment forms for contractors, involving document retrieval and completion.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum A qualification
- Proficiency in MS Office application (E.g. Word and Excel)
- Singaporean only
