Roles & Responsibilities
- Dealer Training: Organize and manage sales, technical, and parts sales training.
- Trainer Network: Establish and coordinate a dealer trainer network.
- Systems Management: Provide support and training for competence and retail development systems.
- Retail Processes: Implement retail processes and create reports.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Administration, or equivalent.
- 2-5 years relevant experience; workshop facilitation is a plus.
- Team player, willing to learn and travel. Partner engagement experience is a plus.
- Good communication, persuasion and negotiation skills in addition to being comfortable with working with different nationalities professions.
- Ability and willingness to work independently, with limited supervision.
