Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and accurate technical support and advice to customers, sales teams, and internal departments regarding chemical products and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to chemical products, providing effective solutions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new products and improve existing formulations based on customer feedback and market needs.
- Conduct product testing and analysis to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
- Conduct laboratory tests and analyses to ensure the quality and performance of chemical products.
- Maintain detailed records of technical support interactions, laboratory test results, and issue resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations in all technical support and laboratory activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Chemistry
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience Chemical Industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Possess Good Analytical Abilities
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
- Detail Oriented with a Proactive and Problem Solving Mindset.
- Ability to Work Collaboratively in a Fast Paced Environment
- Required to work at Operation Plants
- Laboratory Experience will be an Advantage
