- Provide excellent customer service
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and directing them appropriately.
- Ensure refreshments is available for guests
- Direct them to the waiting area while waiting for personnel to arrive
- Direct or escort guests or visitors to specific areas
- Notifies company personnel of visitor’s arrival via Teams messenger
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Replenish and ensure sufficient stocks of stationeries, pantries & sundries items
- Maintaining cleanliness of the storeroom and stationery cupboards
- Liaising with office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Liaising with courier personnel for any inquiries from stakeholders
- Issuance of new joiner welcome pack
- Collection of letters from mailbox, sorting and distributing mail on a weekly basis
Requirements:
- Prior Receptionist/Cabin Crew/Customer Service experience
