Job Description:
• Processing of daily orders for on ongoing project / Defect works / Head Office / Store
• Assist to solve any issues rises at site base on product quality and services
• Update of Budget report for major item
• Update of Supplier contact lists
• Matching of PO for Delivery received and perform Goods Receipt
• Updating of DO/PO to common drive
• Liaise with Accounts and site for any Invoice issues due for payment
• Other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
• Minimum 'O' level, Diploma in supply chain or related
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience (Preferably in Construction Industry)
• Self-Motivated
• Positive working attitude
• Willing to learn and able to accept changes
• Able to do sourcing and negotiation
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office especially Words, Excel and Access
• Familiar with purchasing ERP system (IFCA/Contact Plus an advantage)
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
