Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and customer’s purchase order.
- Process sales quotation and sales order.
- Liaison with the customer on product quality and delivery.
- Supporting sales team in administrative work.
- Monitor and assist Finance Department in collecting payment from the customers.
- Calling customer for following up outstanding documents and payments.
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required from time to time.
Requirements:
- Good time management.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office.
