Shipping Coordinator (Logistics)
Working Days: 5 Days, Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Location: Woodlands
Salary: $1.8k - $2.5k
Job Description
- Attend to telephone, email enquiries & complaints
- Arrange cargo shipments
- Prepare shipping documents eg. Packing list, Order, Commercial Invoices, Shipping Labels etc
- Assist in bill of lading (BL) if needed
- Ensure compliance with regulations, arrange cargo pickup/delivery, and maintain records
- Co-ordinate with internal and external parties & monitor shipment
- Process permit documentation if required
- Support in all aspect of sales and operational activities
- General admin duties and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Nitec/Higher Nitec, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent
- At least 1 year(s) of relevant experience, preferably in Shipping/Logistic industry. Training is provided.
- Preferably specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
