- Set-up kitchen for the day’s business by preparing necessary equipment, utensils and food ingredients etc. at work stations.
- Prepare customers’ orders according to standard recipes and procedures.
- Perform food safety and work safety rules and policies at all times.
- Prepare food ingredients for next day operations.
- Store all food products/ ingredients at the end of the day.
- When necessary, order food items/ ingredients/ dry goods through supplier.
- Perform general washing and cleaning duties, and proper upkeep of work station, equipment and facilities sanitary.
- Perform daily and weekly cleaning duties according to schedules.
- Perform any other duties to be assigned from time to time by superiors.
