We are seeking dynamic and energetic individuals to join our team as Brand Representatives.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to host events for our members.
- Curate and execute marketing and activation campaigns (both automated and tactical) to drive member recruitment and retention.
- Follow up on member inquiries to ensure an excellent client experience.
- Assist in optimizing the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) of our website.
- Support ad hoc events to promote brand advocacy and member recruitment.
- Prepare monthly management reports, including insights on member engagement, recruitment and attrition rates, and ROI on partnerships.
- Maintain a pleasant disposition and a positive attitude.
Requirement
- 3 years of related experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A collaborative "One Team" mentality.
- Proven results and experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
- A positive attitude with a passion for service and meeting new people.
- A willingness to learn and embrace new and innovative ideas.
- The ability to think creatively in challenging situations.
