Your new role
As the TA Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with business leaders and HR partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and industry networks.
- Implementing innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including employer branding, diversity initiatives, and candidate assessment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
