Responsibilities
- Oversee client accounts, focusing on revenue growth by securing new accounts and expanding existing ones.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate client information.
- Coordinate proposals from presales and provide precise quotations based on client needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing all project-related matters, including payments.
- Coordinate tender briefings and lead bid reviews with presales teams.
- Ensure the completion and quality of proposals in collaboration with presales teams.
- Prepare quotations for client opportunities.
- Track and manage timelines, submitting updates to other functional teams.
- Ensure consistency within internal teams and allocate appropriate resources for client engagements.
Requirements
- Diploma & above in Business, IT related fields
- Experience in IT technical sales or services environment.
