The Finance Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO office's daily operations while also being given opportunities to learn and develop new skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, perform variance analysis, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Accounting Support: Help with accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and support the implementation of best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decisions.

Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or any higher education in in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting. Internships and part-time roles will be considered.
- Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software (e.g., QuickBooks,).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
