A leading Audio Visual Solution company is growing rapidly and with more than 12 offices across APAC, they are looking for a Director (Audio Visual) to join the team here in Singapore, reporting directly to the CEO.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the AV division, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management
- Develop and implement AV strategies, standards, and best practices
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand AV requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Design, install, and maintain AV systems, including audio, video, lighting, and projection systems
- Oversee AV operations, ensuring timely setup, testing, and troubleshooting
- Manage AV projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and industry partners
- Manage regional expansion across Southeast Asia
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Audio Visual Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in AV management or a related field
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects
- Strong understanding of AV technologies, including audio, video, lighting, and control systems
- Experience with AV design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
