Job Description
The Retail Sales Lead will oversee the daily operations of the retail shop @ Takashimaya B2 to ensure its overall success in aligning the company's objectives and long-term goals. He/she will be required to manage the sales team, possess strong interpersonal and display leadership qualities while delivering stellar customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales target given by company on a monthly basis, identify sales opportunities
- Providing excellent buying experience to our customers by offering product recommendations and sharing of product knowledge
- Oversee stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and manage product display to maximize sales over different festive seasons
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and effective manner
- Handle cashiering and accurately process transactions
- Ensure that all products on display are restocked, organized and compliant with labelling requirements
- Implement visual merchandising standards to maximize product visibility and sales
- Maintain cleanliness of the outlet and storeroom at all times
- Monitor cash handling and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
Requirements
- Min 2 year of working experience in similar field
- Attention to detail
