Responsibilities:
- Confidently lead a small team of Researchers
- Develop junior members on critical thinking and computational thinking skills
- Able to solve problems creatively, and pivot responsively to operational changes
- Conducting presentations of research results and analyses
- Strong in articulating concepts and ideas in clear and precise manner
- Deployment of adjacent teams for operational work
- Scripting, processing and delivery of accurate survey datasets to clients
- Maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Science, Computing, or any numerical fields preferred
- At least 6 years of working experience, with leadership roles in market/consumer/social research
- Have strong quantitative skills, confident and excellent interpersonal skills to deal with different stakeholders
- Analytical with attention to details and a team player
- Highly comfortable dealing with large datasets using software (eg. SPSS, R, Python, Power BI etc.)
- Familiarity with scripting and data collection platforms (e.g. WinCATI, Sensus, Forsta) an added advantage
- Competency with Microsoft Office, and intermediate to advanced skills in Powerpoint and Excel
