1. To perform general administration and provide support to the Sales Department and ensure that they are carried out smoothly.
2. To attend to enquiries/booking/rental of Apartments and seminar room space from existing corporate companies and new accounts.
3. To conduct site inspection of the apartment and seminar room space as and when required.
4. To liaise and coordinate with Reservations and Front Office Departments for arrangements for rental of Apartments.
5. To liaise and coordinate with Crystal café on the seminar operations required for seminar room events.
6. To prepare Event orders upon confirmation of the seminar room and to ensure that they are distributed to the departments concerned.
7. To prepare and submit accurate and timely management reports for control and planning whenever needed.
8. To perform any other duties as and when delegated by the superior or Management.
