Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations related to client funds, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
- Monitor fund flows, including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers.
- Prepare and review fund reports, statements, and performance metrics for clients.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for fund clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor and manage risks associated with fund operations.
- Supervise and mentor junior finance staff, providing guidance and support.
- Implement best practices in fund management and client servicing
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, professional certificate (eg., CFA, CPA) or equivalent.
- With 3 - 5 years of working experience in fund management or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial sector.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
