Job Description
- Attend to customer at frontline and all phone calls received.
- Create quotations for all customers' repair and advise them accordingly.
- Greet customers and offer excellent customer service.
- Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete.
- Ensure work provided addresses the concerns raised and /required by customers.
- Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered.
- Handle and assist customer complaints regarding services.
- Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases.
- Any other matter as required or assigned by supervisor/superior.
- Provides simplified and quality service to all customers professionally.
- Work as a team closely to fill up any possible service gaps.
- Embrace self-repsonsiblility for all customers and strive for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integruity and independence at work.
- Ability to react according to work contingencies and requirements.
Qualification
Minimum completed of Secondary School
Experience 3 year and more
Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin
