Marketing Manager – Roles & Responsibilities
1. Crystallise marketing execution strategies to realise the company’s business plan.
2. Actively support the management team in sharpening and articulating the Gush brand and defining the brand value proposition and positioning.
3. Oversee and own all design projects, from conception to delivery
4. Design all physical and digital assets such as packaging, visual merchandising, social media, EDMs, brochures etc which shall represent Gush effectively and positively
5. Propose art direction for design projects
6. Conceptualize, create, and execute video and animation content for marketing and advertising campaigns meant for in-house social media content usage.
7. Deliver independently on new material or product features that relate to marketing and outreach, from physical touchpoints such as brochures and flyers to digital touchpoints such as webpages and social campaigns, with minimal support from others
8. Manage the engagement metrics for Gush’s social media presence and improve on existing tools, templates and features where necessary
9. Execute marketing and social media campaigns and strategies for Gush’s social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
10. Write clear, concise, and fit-for-purpose copy for ads, marketing materials, websites, and any other collateral
11. Prepare and publish articles that describe our company and products to increase gush’s visibility and establish gush as a thought leader
12. Liaise with KOLs and partners to meet marketing strategies
13. Manage all aspects of video and animation production from planning to editing to ensure the final product meets quality standards.
14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and external vendors to develop and execute video concepts aligned with brand goals.
15. Direct talent and crew during video shoots to ensure production stays on schedule and within budget.
16. Collaborate with sales and business managers to plot timelines and schedule content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary
17. Communicate with the Customer Service and Sales teams for product launches, new content and/or campaigns are pushed out to prepare them for possible inquiries or leads
18. Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
