Job Descriptions:
- Operate and set up CNC machines to produce precision parts.
- Retrived and refer job routings, part drawing, tool list, work-instruction, in-process inspection sheet, etc from system.
- Participate and complete the changeover process.
- Complete manufacturing of first part per process instruction.
- Record on quantities by using ERP system.
- Inspect and manage documentation following in-process inspection sheet requirements
- Troubleshoot parts when issues occur.
- Work with the Engineering department to improve machining processes
- Train Operators as needed on job related items
Job Requirements:
- NTC-2/3 /Vocational or technically trained.
- 3-5 years experience setting up and operating CNC milling and/or turning machine.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Experience using measuring tools and gages
- Experience with Master-CAM Programming and high speed machines is a plus.
