- Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off.
- Prepare Tender submission, handle progress claims/payment, VO & finalized project.
- Handle on-going project and resolve contractual issues.
- Preparation of monthly progress claims to clients.
- To handle other assigned duties or related job as required.
Requirements
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or any equivalent
- No experienced are welcomed to apply
- Good interpersonal skill
