Digital Engagement- 5months contract (maternity cover)
Location: Asia Square Tower
Salary: upto 7500 pm
Job Background/context:
Support premium product and premium client contacts and digital engagement activities, to review, and evaluate all campaigns and digital client engagement request across all digital channel (EDM, Push Notification, MBOL Placement, etc) to ensure all the campaign and digital communication to the Citigold and CPC clients are wealth first, client centric, value added, and drive the end to end journey to achieve the incremental sales, NNIA, and digital revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Support the premium product and premium client contacts and digital engagement activities, to review, and evaluate all campaigns and digital client engagement request across all digital channel (EDM, Push Notification, MBOL Placement, etc) to ensure all the campaign and digital communication to the Citigold and CPC clients are wealth first, client centric, value added, and drive the end to end journey to achieve the incremental sales, NNIA, and digital revenue.
2) Support to prepare the client contact dashboard on monthly basis to share across business for performance tracking, optimization, and best practice learning.
3) Experience as marketing manager, segment, or product manager in financial service industry for at least 5 years. Preferred to have knowledge and experience on digital channel marketing and commercialization.
4) Team player and good interpersonal skills is required to perform the day to day activities which requiring the collaboration with multiple business and function teams.
