- Follow up on new leads and sales opportunities
- Provide customers with quotations
- Attend to phone and email enquiries on products and services
- Work with colleagues to follow through orders to delivery
- Assist to coordinate deliveries with operations team & customers
- Responsive to customers, maintain good relationship with customers
