Responsibilities：
- Explore new community-friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion of the local user base and awareness.
- Solve problems & answer questions raised by community members, provide support and assistance on behalf and with support of the core team
- Support the review and publication of content formats such as blogs, academies, FAQs and announcements, localize content pieces and build landing pages for individualized local campaigns
- Organize and support the implementation of marketing campaigns, such as token airdrops, AMA's and giveaways
- Track results on user activation
- Help to increase brand awareness in fun, creative and informative ways
Requirements：
- Ideally gained experience in community management, or related professional experience, with retail user communication skills, Ideally with skills on Telegram / Tiktok / Instagram
- Great passion for the crypto industry
- Fast learner, ready to work hard to grow in skills & can-do attitude with tight deadlines
- Organized, reliable and rigorous personality
- Good knowledge of crypto exchange products and services and blockchain-related terminologies and trends
- Strong verbal and excellent written communication skills, proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets
- English native speaker, speak fluent in Chinese, the local language will be a plus.
