Job Description
1. Maintain daily communication and close relationships with customers.
2. Order management for warehouse shipment and drop shipment.
3. Process sales orders and follow up the shipment deliveries.
4. To update changes of orders/shipment schedule timely to customers.
5. Prepare shipping documents.
6. Identifying individual customer demands and improving of the process through cooperation with the team.
7. Solving customer’s query and problems.
8. Handle customer complaints and follow it up until closure.
9. Customer visit if required.
Job Requirement
1. Diploma or above, major in international trade and logistic is preferred.
2. At least 2 years work experience in international trade business
3. Fluent oral and written English
4. Knowledge in SAP will be a benefit.
5. Bilingual of English and Mandarin
