a) install, configure, upgrade, and maintain PeopleSoft components such as WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and middleware running on Windows infrastructure;
b) perform PeopleSoft bundle patch and PeopleTools upgrade;
c) monitor the PeopleSoft system for performance issues, resource utilization, and system health;
d) support, bug fixes, addressing vulnerability issues/fixes of existing systems;
e) troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the PeopleSoft environment which include networks, software, hardware, and operating systems;
f) develop and implement backup and recovery strategies for PeopleSoft databases and applications;
g) maintain documentation related to the PeopleSoft environment, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guide and keep documentation up-to-date with any changes or enhancements;
h) work closely with application developers to understand and address their requirements;
i) Implement scripting for routine maintenance, monitoring, and reporting;
j) provide monthly work progress report records.
REQUIREMENTS
a) A Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or relevant certification courses;
b) At least 3 years’ experience in PeopleSoft Administration;
c) Strong technical and analytical skills, meticulous and organized;
d) Experience in Microsoft SQL database and Azure Cloud would have an added advantage;
e) Good knowledge and experience in managing Windows operating systems would have an added advantage;
f) Good knowledge in PowerShell script;
g) Good interpersonal, written, oral communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment;
h) A positive work attitude;
