Title: Sales Executive & Managers
Job Description & Requirements:
Dashmesh is a leading south Asian food distribution company, specialising in Indian & Pakistani food products. We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales personnel to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and promoting our products.
5.5-day work week with alternate Saturdays off.
Responsibilities:
- To market and sell South Asian dried food products to local and regional customers
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Dashmesh products and effectively communicate benefits and competitive advantages to potential customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop, execute, and monitor sales strategies with our existing and new customers to achieve sales targets and profitability.
- Identify and develop new leads and business opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate or equivalent.
- Posses a class 2B/3 driving license.
- Be fluent in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
