We are seeking an Customer Success Executive which will require the candidate to work “behind the scenes” and as “boots on the ground”. The ideal candidate should have multi-aspect project management experience and knowledge in the soft-services / facility management / cleaning industry, willing to be directly involved to understand the details of operations, and able to identify and propose solutions to improve customer success.
- Act as a key point of contact for assigned accounts on all operational and strategic matters.
- Excellent understanding of our contractual Scope of Works with our customers, which contribute directly to the Key Performance Indicators with assigned accounts
- Work with the operational teams to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly so that we achieve our customers’ Key Performance Indicators
- Visit, document and analyse customer sites to identify areas and opportunities where we can continuously improve customer experience and generate additional revenue
- Establish productive, professional relationships with internal personnel to coordinate the execution of our products / services.
