Responsibility
• Office admin assistant including handling phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel. including emails, letters. • To perform invoicing data entry task, ensure timely updating and accuracy of data.
• Maintain office stationery supplies and replenish stock level when necessary.
• Maintain the proper filling and documents control.
• Maintaining and updating contact lists of vendors and suppliers.
• In change of maintenance - Liaise with technician, vendor or contractor for repair and maintenance of equipment, facility and building maintenance e.g. Air-con, copier machines, Pest control, water dispenser, air purifier, toilet air-fresher/sanitizer, lightings, doors, facility management, etc.
• In charge of company fleet vehicles upkeep, diesel usage and maintenance including renewal of road tax, insurance and COE.
• Provide general administration support.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirement
• Fresh graduate are welcome.
• Great knowledge in MS Excel & Autocount account/inventory software will be advantage.
• Able to work independently in fast paced environment. • Positive attitude in learning.
