About the role:
- Enhance processes to achieve lead generation goals, report on metrics, and obtain KPIs.
- Generate new business by developing leads, understanding what business leaders and professionals in the industry need, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor in your accounts, and identifying win/win situations.
- Leverage your strong interpersonal skills to identify, engage with, and win new clients while partnering collaboratively with technical sales, inside sales, marketing, and consulting.
- Establish strong, partnership-minded relations with your clients.
- Provide customer feedback to the product, industry, and strategic marketing teams to help identify product strengths and areas of improvement.
- Responsible for marketing-related activities such as public relations, corporate image, and branding marketing materials, etc.
- To assist in the company's marketing activities and plan.
About you:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BD Management roles in the relevant industry.
- Proven track record in new business development and sales.
- Autonomous, proactive, and collaborative work style.
- Possess good interpersonal, and presentation skills and is resourceful in seeking new projects/customers.
- Knowledge of interior design will be an added advantage.
