Job scope:
- Manage and account common assets and inventory at the three primary locations. Activities include the managing of database and process asset/inventory receipts, transfers and disposal via Authorities IT systems.
- To administer the receiving, storage and distribution of assets at storehouse.
- To conduct cyclical stock take for common assets and assets held within Authority premises.
- Support timely response to employees’ enquiries on logistics matters.
- Assist supervisors with periodic audit checks and preparation of audit reports.
- Meet the quality service standards and customer satisfaction ratings as stipulated by the Authority.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirement:
- Singaporean only
- Diploma in Business Management or A-Level/ITE Certificate with relevant logistics experience
- Strong service excellence mind-set
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software/applications (e.g. Excel)
