Working Hours and Location:
- 5 days (9:00am - 6pm)
- Location: Raffles place (5 mins walking distance from MRT)
Job Responsbilities:
- Sketch preliminary design plans, including floor plan layouts· Researching and gathering information and photographs relating to the project
- Preparing detailed working drawings, designs, plans, 3D perspectives and schemes.
- Able to present the proposed design and provide advice on design conceptualization, material, etc to client.
- 3D Visualization: Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Technical Drawings: Prepare detailed technical drawings, including plans, elevations, and construction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Proven 4 to 5 years working experience as a 3D Commercial Designer specializing in retail fit-out and event set up, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools. Experience with rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Corona Renderer) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is required.
- Design Excellence: Demonstrated ability to translate conceptual ideas into compelling 3D visualizations and technical drawings. Experience in spatial planning, material selection, and fixture design within retail and event environments is preferred.
