JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Demonstrate exceptional enthusiasm by being the brand advocate that create a positive environment for a customer centric, fascinating and personalized WOW moments for our prospects, customers, enthusiast and business partners
- Offer an Audi-tailored needs assessments with personalized and emotional engagement through product/service presentation
- Deliver embracing customer consultation with the Audi tailored sales process with great focus in explaining and guiding on the vehicle configuration, financial consultation, purchase journey
- Behave as subject matter expert for Audi brand, history, products, services and technologies while collaborating with other job roles to achieve company sales and satisfaction targets
- Optimize the sales funnel and consistently update all customer data in our CRM to ensure all active digital and physical engagement are aligned across the team
- Be in control of the well-being and hospitality of all Audi Experience Centre visitors and include the emotional elements to create brand excitement and build trust within the Customer Centric team
- Perform assignment allocation with guidance and supervision of the experts in the customer centric retail team
- Implement task monitoring mechanism that allows immediate follow up on all outstanding matters promptly with the team
- Deliver performance monitoring and reporting for the management
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3-5 years of working experience preferably in the Automotive/ Luxury Retail / Tech Sales/ Hospitality and Aviation Service
- A team player with excellent interpersonal, communication skills, customer oriented with passion and motivation for sales
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Goals oriented and flexible to change
- Proficient in MS office and ability to learn other systems for daily operations
- Required to perform shift work including weekends and Public Holidays
