We are looking for an experienced EA Personnel and/or Key Appointment Holder to join our growing organisation for a 6 months attachment. This position reports to the Sales Manager.
To be a successful EA Personnel / Key Appointment Holder, you should be sales oriented and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be proficient and knowledgeable in handling all employer and FDW matters independently.

Individual to be involved in:
(1) sourcing for potential employer and jobseekers
(2) understanding the personal profile, skillsets, experience, salary expectations and aspirations of the jobseekers
(3) discussing with employers the needed skills and other characteristics of the workers to be employed or contracted
(4) matching jobseekers with employers; negotiating on the terms of the employment
(5) preparing all the necessary documents and undertaking the necessary formalities according to national regulations and requirements to finalise the hire
(6) ensuring that the employment contracts meet legal requirements and that they are signed
(7) coordinating training programs
(8) provide after-sales follow-up and service
(9) mediate between the workers and employer when problems arise
Competencies required
1. Communication skills - correspond with candidates and employers via email, on the phone, and in person. You are expected to act as the point person for the candidates, employers, and a liaison between the two parties throughout the hiring process. Demonstrate diligence in your communication and follow-up. Provide timely and accurate information.
2. Relationship-building skills - establish positive connections with candidates and employers which will lead to immediate or future sales potential.
3. Marketing and social media skills - market the company and jobs to potential employers and candidates by finding the best channels, writing convincing job posts, leverage technology and social media to increase the reach of your job ads.
4. Sales skills - pitch the job to the candidates as well as the suitability of the candidates to the employers. Address questions and concerns from both parties to close the sale.
5. Use of technology - use of our software platforms to digitally prepare and sign all the documents and processing required to formalise the hiring.
6. Mediation and counselling skills - perform a 3 party mediation when issues or disputes arise during the employment to see if there is a way to assess the reasons and circumstances leading to the breakdown in employment relationship and address the gaps. If there are any misunderstanding, agree on the steps to resolve them amicably.
7. Knowledge of Ministry of Manpower Employment Regulatory Frameworks - adhere to all rules, regulations and professional codes of conduct laid down by the Ministry of Manpower and the Association of Employment Agency of Singapore. Be able to provide professional advice on matters relating to FDW and MOM policies and guidelines.
