Job Description:
- Provide support for IT troubleshooting end-to-end including service levels monitoring of both internal and outsourced IT service partners
- Manage processes and data to meet the quality service and customer satisfaction standards.
- Collate, analyze and maintain data records for service standards tracking, dashboard reporting, audit and governance'
- Manage IT assets including storage and accounting of laptops
- Coordinate with partners for stock take, maintenance and top up of centralized asset pool
- Manage IT hardware tokens such as IT cards including collection, destruction and distribution of cards to users
- Manage IT accounts including coordinating with service partners for account creation, updates, enabling/disenabling, deletion in accordance to prevailing IT and security policies
- Manage IT provisioning and IT induction on new hires first day of work to issue them to necessary and orientate them on the usage based on IT policies
- Support rollout of IT projects/initiatives
- Facilitate authorization of IT configuration changes, account access rights based on prevailing IT security policies
- Educate and guide users on the policies, processes and their responsibilities in management of IT devices and accounts
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements
- Min Higher Nitec in IT field with 1 year relevant experience
- Singaporeans only
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel (Expert in V lookup and pivot table) will be advantageous
