Account Manager (Sales)
Working Days / Time: Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary: $ 3500 – 5000
Location: Office - Ubi Techpark
Overview for the role:
This role will be responsible for all the customer accounts in the Building Services market. Main focus is to grow the sales of the company. In addition, you will perform secondary functions such as communicating the obtained market information internally, assisting the business development and marketing activities, and providing technical support to the customers. You are part of the Business Development and Sales Team and will report to the General Manager
Job Duties:
- Full responsibility of any existing customer accounts assigned for the manager
- Responsible for growing any existing customer accounts
- Find and develop new customer accounts in the targeted market
- Conduct market surveys and identify opportunities and trends in the market.
- Create and manage a list of key personnel from your customer accounts to ensure secured business continuity with them.
- Create and manage a project list.
- Will need to prepare for and deliver compelling technical presentations to consultants and owners with our Engineering and Technical Team.
- Prepare sales plan and forecasts when required.
- To contribute ideas and content to the marketing tools of the company (i.e not restricted to but include the company’s website, social media accounts, brochures, leaflets, datasheets and spec sheets).
- Manage the day-to-day customer enquiries, questions and issues.
- Will need attend any site meetings whenever required.
Job Requirement:
- With degree in engineering with 1 to 3 years of technical sales experience.
- With working experience in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, or fire-fighting systems is an advantaged.
