Job Descriptions:
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
· Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
· Compliance with HR policies and procedures with all local audits & statutory.
· Support for HR full spectrum function and administrations, including on-boarding and off-boarding, provide information, advice and resolve employees’ queries/ HR issues in a timely manner.
· Assist in employee welfare programs planning and execution.
· Any other day-to-day administrative or ad hoc duties assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
· Singapore citizen or PR only
· Degree in HRM or other relevant qualification
· At least 2 year(s) working experience in related field.
· Experience with recruitment / within manufacturing sector will be an advantage.
· Able to speak and write English and Chinese with great fluency.
· Able to work in fast paced and dynamic environment.
· Understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
· Independent and meticulous team player with the ability to multi-task
