Branch Manager (Trichology)

Overview

The Branch Manager will support our outlet in driving and increasing the sales revenue, daily operational functions, cost control and maintaining a high level of brand image and customer satisfaction.


Job Responsibilities

  • Display leadership and ensure smooth operations of the day-to-day activities in the outlet.
  • Responsible for driving and increasing the outlet’s sales revenues.
  • Responsible for setting sales targets and KPIs for the team and ensuring that these targets and KPIs are met consistently.
  • Lead and monitor outlet team’s performance and productivity and ensure that the team consistently follows and complies with the Company’s SOP and industry standards. Provide coaching, training and feedback to improve the team’s performance and productivity.
  • Create a positive, conducive and collaborative environment to keep the team motivated.
  • Managing and planning the monthly work roster and supervising and training new staff.
  • Coordinate and arrange staff training for new products, treatment offerings, and machines.
  • Serve as the liaison between management and staff.
  • Address and resolve customers’ feedback and complaints effectively.
  • Create and promote brand awareness to new and existing customers.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to new promotions and marketing activities.
  • Assist HQ with inventory checks for yearly audits for the store.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Hair/Scalp care industry.
  • Extensive experience in supervising/managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proactive team player with outstanding customer service and problem solving skills.
  • Ideally with working knowledge of Plato software system.
