Monthly Salary: up to $2,700 per month + Completion Bonus
Contract Duration: 12 Months Contract
Job Scope:
- Managing of swing Area and logistic requirement for renovation
- Confirm the list of officers shifting
- Tracking and tagging of assets and inventories.
- Managing of department/officer’s carton boxes with movers.
- Coordinates the shifting and return of ops/application equipment to swing area for relevant departments/divisions.
- To support the VVIPs in packing and relocation.
- Escort the contractors for restricted areas.
- To liaise with Dept OSes for unwanted documents/stores and highlight to CRM prior to disposal action.
- Lead coordinators in setting up and transforming storerooms to store hub for transition.
- Support the team on comms plan and engagement process for the renovation and logistics matters. For example, setting up of mini showroom, drafting of comms, polls, and tabulation of poll results.
- Manage door access programming due to movement of depts and to assist in any ad hoc related function.
- Management of junior temp staffs.
- Work with contractor for the renovated office readiness for office setup. This includes setting up of computer monitors, office chairs and pedestal.
- Other ad-hoc administrative and logistic work assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft office, experience in managing logistic movement.
- Meticulous and organised.
- Able to work independently and within stipulated timelines.
- Able to take charge of and be responsible for assigned tasks.
- Proactive and able to work with different stakeholders.
- Good interpersonal skills and is a team player.
