Job Description
- To report to the System Lead/Team Lead/Service Managers in meeting SLA and KPIs in accordance to maintenance contractual agreement.
- Assist Team/System Lead in managing Project cost and overall administration for project delivery
- Responsible for Contract Fulfillment
- Able to operate and thrive in a dynamic work environment where you are required to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- To perform routine Preventive Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions /procedures.
- To carry out Corrective Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions /procedures, involving diagnosis & replacement of equipment/module/component at sites and/orworkshop.
- Liaison with Procurement and equipment vendors
- 24/7 standby for fault activation
- Arrange and conduct monthly meeting with customers.
- Provide engineering services such as engineering reports, supply support, configuration controland management and obsolescence management as well as O&A services.
- Liaise and manage sub-contracting jobs
- Candidates will be required to travel to multiple sites within Singapore.
Requirements
- Minimum of Diploma in Electronics/Mechatronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent(candidates with lesser academic qualifications/experience maybe considered for other positions)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar engineering- related capacity (candidates with lesser experience/fresh graduates maybe considered for other positions)
- Positive work ethics and team player
- Takes ownership of responsibilities
- Thrive in multi-disciplinary and cross-functional environments
- Able to work effectively in an outdoor environment
- Inquisitive and a self-starter in Data Analytics (e.g. failure trending/patterns).
- Experience in BI Tools such as Tableau, Power BI will be added advantage.
- Experience in System-Level Maintenance in the following disciplines is highly preferred (RadioCommunications, basic Networking skills, UPS). Other Engineering -related experience maybe considered.
- Experience and/or certifications in either CCNA, will be added advantage.
- WSH Certifications (i.e. Work-at-Height, etc) will be added advantage.
